Class A Power Index

The Class A Power Index is a full #1-31 team ranking of all Class A teams based off of multiple factors described below. This is not an opinion-based rankings, this is purely mathmatical. Stat Definitions:
OWP: Opponent win percentage: Average win % of all opponents team has played so far
BPI: Basketball Power Index: The mathmatical score of each team's performance
PPG: Points scored per game
PAPG: Points allowed per game
PD: Point differential; The difference in points scored and points allowed
S.O.S: Strength of Schedule rank, determined by which team has the highest OWP
WC Points: Wildcard points determined by NSAA
TIEBREAKERS
1st Tiebreaker - Head to Head matchups, winner ranked higher
2nd Tiebreaker - Win %, Team with Higher win percentage ranked higher
3rd Tiebreaker - Opp. Win %, Team with Higher OWP gets ranked higher
4th Tiebreaker - Point Differential, Team with Higher PD ranked higher
5th Tiebreaker - Coin Flip
